They span 19 years of time ( born 1946-1964) you sure are assigning a ridiculous amount of power to them. The sheer size of the generation made them politically powerful. They did nothing to stop or overturn anything - knowing full well that the younger generations following them would be denied those benefits after they had them safely in hand and suffer though a complete collapse. Selfish generation who never cared what happened to their kids and grandkids and that is how history will remember them
