So he's White.
Whites are targeted by non-White gov employees.
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 84323239 no they are targeted by snotty , purse proud white traitor class. the non whites are far less viciously obsessed with their superiority Here in America, most low level gov employees are "people of color", and they absolutely HATE White people, especially if you're a straight White man. These "people of color" are the gatekeepers for government services. So do white female employees, they hate older white blue collar guys. Most government jobs these days are nepotism hires and it shows. Lazy, incompetent, and a terrible attitude. They hate their jobs but are so insanely overpaid vs the private sector that they never leave. They really resent people who aren't caught in the cushy public sector trap.
