 Just like the big pile of plastics floating in the oceans. As long as it's floating, the Ultraviolet Light will break it all down to tiny molecules. The ban on plastic shopping bags is a con, it is still easy to buy plastic rubbish bags/bin liners of various sizes, sandwich bags and the fruit and vegetable section at the supermarkets still dispense plastic bags to put the veges in.
