They aren't riddles.
They are parables and analogies.
Now try it again and see if it doesn't make more sense.
I think there are lies in the Bible, mostly having to do with who is chosen and who is not and where they came from and who they became.
But the mysticism and spiritual lessons remain intact.
It's like someone is trying to give you a Ferrari and you won't take the keys.

God is in all of us, but not the version you think. Therein lies your problem, you think God is a “trickster.” God is not a “trickster”, those that wrote the Bible are. They seem to have done a wonderful job with you. What’s in my shelf or nightstand drawer matters nothing, it’s what is in my heart that matters.
