We (the US) have been conducting war game scenarios and joint military operations with dozens of countries, it doesn’t surprise or alarm me that a foreign nation has thought about what steps it would take in the event of x,y, or z.


What is more telling is that North Korea made a public display of it and wanted others to know (usually that’s something a serious nation would keep confidential)
