Bottom line here kids: Russia has newer military tech than we do. Sure they still use old Turbo prop bears, but they've also developed hypersonic missiles. Our 1950s tech B52 and aircraft carriers are now antiquated technology. Just like your Biscayne was cool back in the 70s, its trash today and wouldn't keep pace with any new tech muscle car except maybe in a straight line. Maybe.

Half ton trucks today can carry double what half ton trucks in 60s could carry. No amount of upgrading (except the frame) will make old trucks do what a new one is capable of.

We're flying around in 1950s sitting ducks and most will be blown up in the first few hours of any war with Russia, who possesses superior military tech.

This raises a valid point. We spent 20 years fighting farmers wearing homemade sandals and cloths. Spent 10s billions and 100s billions against their 400 million. They won we evacuated and left them all of our gear.

Ukraine had an army 100x greater than Afghanistan 100s of billions of budget and high tech arms. Russia has spent 9 Billion and used mainly old surplus equipment reserves conscripts and prison released soldiers and its actually winning nearly continuously net land gains.
