Besides, we are waiting to see if the Grand Jury indicts. That may not happen. Having been on a Grand Jury in the past, I can tell you that Grand Jurors do not like being used as political pawns, and do not like being used by a DA for a personal vendetta matter.

This is not a matter the DA can decide on his own.
