Chairforce has to take a physical for their PT tests....i believe they run on a treadmills till a certain heart rate, then depending on how long it takes to have normal heart rate is meant to determine a person being in 'shape'

They did a great job. It took the US pilot a couple of missiles costing hundreds of millions of dollars to bring down a balloon and the Russians were able to down a drone with just a couple hundred dollars of fuel.
