Who do you think put that bible together? Do you think it just magically appeared canonized by the seventh century? The same church you criticize as being heretical today is the one who God used to put the old and new testaments together to be the Christian bible. That same church is the church Jesus said wouldn't have the gates of hell prevail against it.
