Those with alzheimers, autism, parkinsons have very little bf-bacteria. Microbiome researcher used her own body for her experiment. First, she killed off all her bf-bacteria. Then she tried to restore it: she drank lots of kefir containing bf-bacteria. Which had no effect on her microbiome. So she ran tests on the kefir and other products said to contain bf-bacteria. She found the solution. Interesting line of research." |
