Is this a concerted effort to poison the drinking water in the Midwest. In my area they want to put in a Carbon Capture Pipeline. Which if the pipeline breaches and ruptures in the Maquoketa or other large Mississippi Valley aquifers could potentially affect millions of people making water unusable and the Midwest a wasteland.
