Make non-homogenized milk---add some heavy cream to skim milk---the fat is not fragmented this way
May be a healthier way to drink whole milk by mixing it up this way.

For example, if you want to approximate 1 cup of 3.25% whole milk using 36% heavy cream and 0% skim milk, you need (3.25-0)/(36-0) * 1 cup = 0.09 cups of cream, or 1.5 tablespoons. So take 1.5 tablespoons of cream, and add skim milk to reach 1 cup.

Been using it in my coffee for years.

I knew a german lady that used to drink it. She seemed pretty healthy for her age. She also made a hot tea out of jello powder. She swore it kept her limber.

There’s a lady on YouTube who only eats food-like products, and always the most expensive branded ones. She’s fascinating. Unfortunately she has developed multiple sclerosis. [link to youtu.be (secure)]

What up with the whispering and all those hand things she does. Irritating. She seems very off.

"Homogenized milk makes the fat in the milk nearly indigestible. This could likely contribute to heart disease, diabetes, and other chronic disorders, as well as allergies, largely by boosting the absorbability of an enzyme in milk called Xanthine Oxidase XO instead of being excreted. The higher blood levels of XO could contribute to disease-promoting inflammatory processes in our bodies......."

But if you do it that way, the cream will float to the top and you'll have at best a swirl of skim milk and cream. Does it taste OK in the mouth or is it weird?

Been mixing heavy cream and organic skim milk (zero % fat) to make whole milk. Just stir or pour from one glass to another to mix. Easy. Tastes better than the fragmented fat (homogenized) store bought whole milk. I put one part cream to 30 parts skim milk together. Makes 3.3% fat whole milk. Tiny amount of cream in a glass then add the skim milk and stir.

I told my boomer mom we have raw milk and all the healthy stuff inside it is still alive and beneficial, and that her pasteurized milk lasts for months because everything in it is dead.
She didn’t understand what I was telling her. She just said raw sounds gross.

Besides GLP boomers, has the rest of that generation ever made the right decision in their life?

Breastfeeding will be illegal soon: that raw milk is too dangerous. Give everyone sterilized food, vaccines and masks to keep them safe.

That big yellow thing in the sky can be dangerous. It's all about moderation. You want some for vitamin D production, but too much, and that UV will fuck you up. Ever heard of melanoma?

I used to have a quart of Chocolate milk for breakfast when I was on my feet all day.

Then it went away.

Only 2% fat milk.

Not worth drinking.

Once in a while I would be in a store that had actual cream to add to coffee.

It was better, but I gave up on that.
