The thing is that nobody really cares about trans people in Kentucky. The only places I've ever seen them is in Louisville and Lexington which happen to be where the two largest universities are located- meaning the majority (not all) are from out of state and are students. I've only interacted with one fully adult trans person who was the real deal in nine years- the others have all been college kids who have been drinking the Koolaid.
