In my opinion, the Judge will dismiss the charges as having no legal merit, inclusive of being past the Statue of Limitations, hence, the DA has no jurisdictional or legal right to bring such frivolous accusations. If such fails due to judicial corruption, then will immediately be appealed to a higher court for an immediate decision.

All the Democrats want is a photo op of Trump's arrest photo, full face and side.
