Rust to Resume Filming This Week

Baldwin agreed to terms with the New Mexico court that will allow him to complete filming of the movie, including a ban on his using guns or drinking alcohol.


The deceased cinematographer's widower, Matthew Hutchins will now be serving as an executive producer.


Both Baldwin -- a co-producer as well as lead actor -- and the film's armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed could face up to 18 months in jail and a $5,000 fine if found guilty of voluntary manslaughter. A weeks-long preliminary hearing is set to begin in early May.
