South Dakota Existing patients can continue treatment temporarily. Ban starts on July 1.

Tennessee Existing patients can continue treatment temporarily. Ban starts on July 1.

Utah Patients diagnosed with gender dysphoria before the bill went into effect can receive treatment. Ban currently in effect.


Florida Existing patients can continue treatment indefinitely, under the medical board's order. The rule is currently in effect.
