If this is all you think about and let it control your life planning to live longer, you become a machine that only thinks about doing something as much like idiotic worship as living longer and doing homage to it all the time. Which by the way makes you pay more attention to doing those lost minutes of life, accidents can shorten life, other people can end your life, and doctors and people with the idea who don't know what tomorrow might bring will put their energy into keeping themselves alive long but it shortens it more, time goes faster because all your thoughts are one staying alive.

If you look outside yourself, and bring joy to yourself and others, think more about bringing love and caring into others' lives, and have a sense of humor no one's perfect. I know a lot of fearful people and they are all worried about dying. No one dies no really, this doesn't mean you are going to have a nice after here because it is how you treat yourself and others and the big one is OTHERS besides yourself.

If you know that even long lives are really short no matter when leaving here is, 100, 200, 300 years is going to be too short for some people. They are going to get bored, it is the nature of man himself, live longer and get a sinful nature from just like too much money makes most people bored and they get into trouble because they want a simulation and pick the worst types, it hurts others. Death from here is going to come at some point early or late you can't control your death, age is just one way, there are thousands upon thousands of other ways that your life is called away from here.

There is a story we will learn after leaving here, and I will rather be covered in this regard, you know the thing about Believing and not believing, I would rather have my beliefs and not have to worry and it not be real, it couldn't have hurt my life, than disbelieving and the other side was correct and there is another life waiting but also question and that isn't going to be happy for any believers.

Some people have problems that show up later in life and nothing they could do to make their lives here long, no changing it any way whatsoever.

This isn’t about living longer as much as living HEALTHIER longer. I’m 63 so yes, I think about it every time my knees creak. I’d prefer having youthful energy and physical condition up until 90 rather than slowly and painfully decaying.

Me too, a new back and new teeth and new eyes. But it might be due to bad eye sight that I look so much younger these days than I did in my 50's. :)
