I think the whistleblower is telling the truth.
If I accept the UAP task force's story, that would mean the gov has had no contact with ETs yet that they know of. But that contradicts all of the mountain of whistleblowers we've had from the mil coming out internationally . maybe the information is so compartmentalized that the uap task force simply wasn't given anything from the relevant departments...but....

it could technically be the reverse but if you use all of the information up until this point what the whistleblower is saying is simply more consistent
