Neighbor's dogs and their barking

Explain it to the neighbor then.

when neighbors bark when they hear me, i tell them, "hi doggy, it's okay doggy it's just me doing xyz." or something like that, they are sweet.

Dog's are annoying as hell.

My four dogs used to howl every time a train or siren went by. I began yelling at them to shut up, and now they do.

I just tell my dogs: "Thank you" because they are informing us something is going on. They stop and wag their tail. IDK, it works for us.

People that live behind me have two dogs. one is a little red dog that is smart enough that it goes up on the deck, sits down facing the kitchen door and Yaps to be let in.

There have been times where the fat slop mom will take 30 mintues...30 mintues of this little dog yipping once ever 25-40 seconds before she puts down the bon-bons and the remote control and gets off her fat fugging ass and lets her dog in.

Befriend them, maybe. Hotdog pieces. I have a feeling the owners are assholwes. So maybe they need some love. Have them sit, quietly before rewarding.

yep! experienced the same. People behind me, their little dog just wanted to come in, and all i heard for HOURS was SHUT UP!!!!!!!!

I'd rather just hear the dog. Understanding it just wanted to come in. Was tempted more than once to go over and scoop it up and bring it to my home.
