I saw the video of the cell tower worker showing that same stamp on the equipment he was installing.

So the questions are....

Are these "spinners" being targeted ?

Is the release of the payload that is already inside them from the VAX an accidental release (maybe triggered by proximity to RF) ?

Appears they need a camera, a cell phone, and probably a graphene injection.

Targeted how? Did they make millions of unique versions of the vax and then keep some master database of which ones every person received? Each one would have to have some unique ID, so you only activate a specific person.

And, 5G is all around you, in the areas it is deployed. Which is not everywhere. It is barely deployed in some major cities, much less in rural areas. Probably even less in less developed countries. The phone you have makes no difference. Other than can the device use those 5G radio waves or not. You can have a potato in your hand and the 5G radio waves are still around you.
