Isn't globalism essentially about the Disneylandization of all of the worlds' people under small world Chinese-style global totalitarianism and surveillance?

Wasn't covid-19 perpetrated in order to soften up and psychologically prep the world's people for increase Disneylandization and small-world-ification, while acting as what was basically an opening salvo in order to wage war on the western economies in order to economically deprive the people that they anticipate having the hardest time adapting to the global communists' small-world-ification.
