My recent experience.

I must have caught “Covid” on my 5 1/2 hour flight last Wednesday. 4 days later tested positive.

Wednesday. Flight.
Thursday, Friday, Saturday felt fine.
In fact, we hiked Sedona vortex trails on Saturday. No symptoms.
Grand Canyon drive/visit all day Sunday. No symptoms.
Back to Sedona.... pm: face felt hot. Must have had a slight fever. No thermometer. Brief headache. Coughing. Purchased cough syrup.
Monday and Tuesday. By then we had done everything we planned on our vacation, so I just tested. No energy. Coughing. Sore throat.

Today is Thursday .... feeling almost 100 % better.

The entire time I had Quercetin with me. Antibiotics. Liposomal Vitamin C. Also Advil. Good that I took it with me on my vacation. Beautiful Sedona and Grand Canyon! Time spent with loving family!

I would compare what I had to a moderate/bad cold. I guess I was lucky. Still attribute it to a strong immune system.
