Dunk Chicken in milk/egg mixture then bread with the crushed Doritos and deep fry. Kids love this. Instead of Italian Dressing I use Gazebo House Greek Dressing. Then grill over high heat 2 or 3 minutes per side. Boneless skinless thighs are very good this way too. Chicken Parm Salt and pepper and grill then brush on BBq sauce. |

Chicken fajita. Quoting: Bennder Could also use chunks for chicken enchiladas or chicken enchilada SOUP. good point. i never make fajitas. Fajitas are wonderful. You can add more than green peppers and onions to the sauteed veggies. Mushrooms? tomatoes? I just go with salt/pepper/garlic powder for the fajita seasoning. topped with salsa or cheese dipping sauce if desired. The flour tortilla is improved greatly by a quick fry in hot oil. chic enchilada soup = chicken (your preference cooking), 8oz approximately chicken stock, two cans of cream of chicken soup and 1 can of Walmart Enchilada red sauce. Seasonings as you please. Jalapeno? probably. salt/pepper. Last Edited by Bennder on 05/25/2023 03:14 PM I don't have the time or the crayons to explain this to you. Slake Blake |

I still make them the same way. I actually kind of like them thick and chewey. The racoons and the hawks got all my chickens, so I just gave up. to stop the predators needs finesse and skill. 2x4 wire with chicken wire overlay. 2x4's, aluminum panels for a partial roof and also for a barrier around the entire bottom with the chicken wire stretched out 6 or so inches from the bottom of the wall and staked down to stop them from digging in. We trained our chicken to return to the hen house every evening. You must feed on a regular basis, the same time each day, let them out to forage and free range for a few hours before feeding time, I promise those greedy girls come running at supper time and you close them back up for the night. As for the hawks, I stretched wire from tree to tree about 14 foot up in a criss-cross pattern, the hawks can't penetrate the RUN AREA. My only real problem these days are the dang snakes that eat the babies and the eggs. But yes everything likes chicken. fox owl neighbors cat neighbors dog coyote racoon Opossum Hawks snakes Yep, it is a challenge but if you fortify and train the flock you have a fighting chance of raising them. edit.. The Big-Easy greaseless turkey fryer was purchased back in 2004, it works as good today as it did the day I purchased it and we use it often. **bonus, the dripping must be cooked but they are so dang delicious so always wash the drip-catch pan before beginning the cooking process. Best dang dripping you ever had for mashed taters and gravy.
