That's my feeling too..if you're far away from a blast zone to survive..you'll know there's a problem when the power,phones and internet go down..issue with that today is unless you have a ham or or shortwave radio,or a Geiger counter..you won't know if we've been nuked or our infrastructure has been hacked/compromised.
