Very serious development Russian defence minister says: “In the context of an extremely sharp escalation of threats on the western borders of Russia and Belarus, a decision was made to take countermeasures in the military-nuclear sphere" [ link to apnews.com (secure)] LOL....we know, we know...ONLY the US and it's NATO allies are allowed to deploy nukes on our "allies" lands.....
