putin likes to use Russia...as if he is Russia but he is Not.
if Ukraine is losing, it is losing to a criminal organization led by Vladimir Putin, they are not losing to Russia.
perhaps Austin is following in Donald Rumsfield's, his predecessor, footsteps...
...perhaps Austin thinks he can succeed where all the others have failed.
