Ukraine is losing on the battlefield, whether Austin said it or not. Hard to tell with all the censorship and propaganda.
I'm sure it's what he privately believes, unless he is totally blind to Russian gains. Milley just sounds like an idiot.
The Ukies are being hammered every day and it's going to get a lot worse for them now.
