Quoting: Anonymous Coward 78152525 NYC Comptroller joined NYC Mayor and Department of Finance in freezing City of New York deposits at the two banks. The Comptroller also voted against designating three others that failed to submit required anti-discrimination plans ----------------------- - They are only freezing the City of New York deposits in these banks. - No one else's accounts are being froze. So this is just semi-DOOM.
