I remember when my kids were born, 2 years apart, when they were baby's, I was a stay at home dad for while while I took night classes and saved on day care cost. It was more cost effective that way. Anyway, I never produced milk lol, but I did become alot softer physically and put on quite afew pounds of fat. I saw a picture of myself during that time and ngl I was lookin pretty supple with those rosey red cheeks lol. But then after I finished school, got back to work and started hitting the gym. I went back to normal... one interesting thing to note tho, during that time I was diagnosed with fatty liver and my enzymes went through the roof which is crazy cause all my life I have been thin but as soon as I had kids my body chemistry went through a wild and drastic change. So yes, males go through changes too and it's perfectly natural but it in NO way makes us a woman like the freaks would try and have you think...
