Men can actually produce milk. Its a back up mechanism of nature for if the mother died in childbirth. It takes a couple of days for the baby to make the father make milk, and no colostrum, but it can happen.
You would be left with saggy tits afterwards though, and look like a detransitioned MTF
But this knob is making a mockery of it, it doesn't sit right with me because its just another string in their mental violin
