Strange uptick in mask wearing today.

I live in Toronto, ran a few errands today, for whatever reason, saw an increase in mask wearing today, not just the elderly, but people in their teens and up.
FRIKKIN weird to see, hardly anyone around here wears masks anymore, and it’s a nice warm sunny day here.
I wonder what media fear has got some back to wearing them again?
Quoting: LTHN. probobly all of them ar asians, at list in Vancover thats the case. normal people do not wear masks Lots of Asian’s in Toronto, and many still wear masks, but what shocks me is the uptick of young, like really young people, mainly whites, donning masks again. I’m in GTA, yep +/-80% asians love them. Did some gardening last weekend, and visited a few outdoor gardening places, the masks are back for many! Let's hope they’re using them for spring allergies ;P. also had a new baby in a neighborhood 2 weeks back – mom was forced to wear a mask during labor,
