The military has been experimenting with it for over a decade in the field and in the lab. Their control is so good they can induce any emotion or take away all emotions so you are fearless. If you know where to go to read restricted information you have known about this for 10 years. Yes some soldiers died during testing. Yes, you can find out about it on secret bitchute videos and from super soldier insiders. all legit...lol White papers given by Phd's at pentagon meetings is another source you can view them from as they were submitted by the researching Doctor who headed the project. Her Paper also discussed they ethical and legal grounds they had already breached and suggested this would backfire on them sometime soon in the future. That was 7 years ago. In the Paper is was disclosed what they could do already and what they wanted to be able to achieve. It was pointed out it would not be legal in the public sector.If rolled out across humanity we could all be controlled from a central source against our will. This is the real reason neuralink is being developed for the public.It is the public sector face of the private corporations work on the military personal. I will point out again soldiers died in testing developing this technology .
