I don't understand shooting into the vehicle from that far away
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 80803450 Yes, and if the body cam is accurate, I think that cop is the one -not the perp- who wounded the other cop 2 or 3 times. Only explanation -other than pure stupidity- is if the shooting cop somehow thought that the perp was carjacking the cruiser alone with no cop in the car.
