Re: Pink Floyd's Roger Waters Dressed as a Nazi at Berlin Concert
Pink Floyd bassist Roger Waters has once again sparked outrage after he dressed up as a Nazi officer during a performance in Berlin.

The 79-year-old donned a black trench coat decorated with red armbands and metal insignia on his collar reminiscent of an SS officer as a an inflatable pig emblazoned with the Star of David floated above the audience.

Hanging above him at the concert at the Mercedes-Benz arena were Third Reich-style banners.

Straight out of the Pink Floyd Film the Wall.

You would have to be an idiot not to recognise the scene and charterer along with the Songs.

The Song was In Th Flesh from the Film The Wall in which the lead character arrived after being drugged up by his manager in a Nazi Uniform accompanies by Nazi Singers indicating what his opinion of the Music industry mangers was.

How stupid and ignorant of Pink Floyd music would you have to be to not understand what that was about?

Do you have an answer to that OP?

In the Film they were telling you the Music industry is run by Nazi like people who make you into one if you let them.

Watch the Film. In the Flesh the second one. Right After Comfortably Numb.

His Manger shoots him up with Drugs so he can perform at the concert. It makes him feel like a Nazi and feel like he is working for Nazis.

When Pink Appears in the second version of In the Flesh he is dressed like a Nazi Officer preaching to fan about what to do and how to behave.

"Are there any queers in the audience tonight? Up against The Wall."

And he bullies them into believing what he says to believe.

It was an exposure of the music industry and society being mind controlled at the time.

Processed to believe the same things in school where they were broken to bow to authority.

It still goes on to this day.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 85504459

RW studied architecture, I believe, but to me it seems his main interest along with music might be psychology. I think all the Floyd's were from Cambridge. And very bright and talented, to say the least.
