They took over a good bit ago, usurper, they don't do anything or haven't been since somewhere around 1940 or maybe a bit earlier as they were setting it up, as their set, UN, CFR, WBANK, NEVER FORGET NATO, the CFR is the WORLD CONGRESS Which gives orders to the Secretary of State, yep, they all run to them, I knew they kept running over there and talking about how much they would need for programs they wanted to do, I would not have found out if I wasn't wanting to learn a bit more of why they were having the democrat that wanted to run for president giving speeches there, and the brown hair senator who ran and didn't work out for her called CFR by it real name World Congress, which was told not to ever set up on our shores again in the late 1890s and early 1900s, they had set up in California, but it was told to get off our shores and they did. First attempts to have a world government. David Rockefeller gave land to set up the UN which has no power over the United States of America, we still have our constitution but they are running a parallel government, I think the first part was the set up of the City of DC we still have to fund it, but they needed a corporation of the city to set up, why was it set up without the states putting it in the constitution? It was the first move that is why. Look at the dates which are all part of their moving thing to suit their parallel. It was about the time I was finding the men being put into the office of currency, right on time for the Federal Reserve Act, of 1903. WW1 not long after, you got to love their industrial setup, for war to start. You can almost smell the military-industrial complex first steps.

Just read it and understand some people who wanted ONE WORLD ORDER had put it here and met every so often at the UN and in Europe because Rockefeller and I believe Prince Bernhard of Lippe-Biesterfeld (later Prince Bernhard of the Netherlands; 29 June 1911 – 1 December 2004) was a German nobleman who was Prince consort of the Netherlands from 6 September 1948 to 30 April 1980 as the husband of Queen Juliana. They were the parents of four children, including Beatrix, who was Queen of the Netherlands from 1980 to 2013. They like the Nazis, were partly involved in setting up what Germany lives under now the EU, the guy they pick to be the first guy to run it was a Nazi.- Rockefeller and this other guy were not shy about what they were doing. Rockefeller called it his New World Order, one thing was for sure, it is not his anymore.

Organizational history
The department was originally created as the United States Department of Commerce and Labor on February 14, 1903. It was subsequently renamed the Department of Commerce on March 4, 1913, as the bureaus and agencies specializing in labor were transferred to the new Department of Labor.[4]

Since its creation, the Commerce Department has seen various agencies and administrative offices shift in and out of its organizational structure. The United States Patent and Trademark Office was transferred from the Interior Department into the Commerce Department in 1925.[5] The Federal Employment Stabilization Office existed within the department from 1931 to 1939. In 1940, the Weather Bureau (now the National Weather Service) was transferred from the Agriculture Department, and the Civil Aeronautics Authority was also merged into the Commerce Department.[6] In 1949, the Public Roads Administration was added to the department after the Federal Works Agency was dismantled.[4]

Bill and Hillary were in the thick of these people and many of these are really inbred, Rothschilds are not anything more than fronts if you ask me, I know they were the ones who did the investments for the Vatican, this is what they do for Bank of England and they Royals House of Britain's money. These people were not British they were Germans. I don't believe in Royal lines, they were given by one of the Constantine, Some of them could have been in the family, Constantine did have family, but that doesn't make them special, I think they are some kind of something because they have a lot of pedos in their lines.
