As you already knew before you wrote this reply there is not a top 7 out of 10 list in the Bible. If you have enough of a brain to walk and breath however, it is pretty easy to discern from various books and chapters that envy, greed, lust, gluttony ect.. can lead to death pretty quick (mess with someone else wife might get you shot or something ajax won't wash off, too much fried chicken, have a heart attack, get an experimental gene therapy to keep your money and not be shunned, again heart attack...All the while putting your spiritual self further from your savior if that is the path a person chooses to follow.

Even if you are stone cold non spiritual the commandments go a long way to guiding one to a healthy, safe, peaceful, and productive life. Myself I believe in grace and that who is commonly referred to as Jesus died on a cross for my sins. I also believe the way I came to this belief may not be the path for everyone. I believe it is a personal relationship and my beliefs don't require you to believe the same as I have learned to.
I'm not going to point out every example in the Bible that was made to demonstrate the severity and overlapping nature of the precursors to despair and death. Also eye sea no knead to korrect speiling and ghreymur when I'm fresh out of troll food.
