Target started the whole associates can NOT say "Merey Christmas" many years ago. The backlash was so severe their sales plummeted. Two years later they reversed course and were super Christmas people.

The level of arrogance is shameful. Their leadership brought same gender bathrooms to the mainstream a few years ago, lost customers, and refused to learn.

Target has been a terrible company for years.

I knew a guy who worked at one of their warehouse for 20 years. They made up a stupid reason to fire him.

He was set to retire in only 3 years when they fired him.
He never had any issues, and I don't think he ever even missed a day of work.

Because they fired him he wasn't going to get any retirement benefits through the company.

He got an attorney, and they found that Target did the same thing to a lot of older workers. They simply didn't want to make retirement payments to workers who had been with them for many years.

He won a legal settlement.

I haven't shopped there in years. I won't support a company that treats people so terribly.

these corporations dont need your money. the plandemic proved that corporate america is actually communist america. what business can operate like they did, with no customers? free money was/is printed for these corporations to push an agenda.

and you all buy it every 2 weeks when you send your paychecks to wallstreet to "invest" in you retirements. or you buy it trying to get rich trading stocks (lol stocks, as if the stock market actually has anything of real value to stock).

they will tuck nip fuck dip and bend your children to their will because you let them. step 1. enroll your children in public education. step 2. you're fucked.

Thank goodness Canadians didn't want Target here, or else we'd also be encountering this nonsense. Our boycott worked pretty well, I'd say.

Place expensive orders online and then send them back. This will cost them a fortune in postage. If we all could do this we could really put a hurtin on them.

The toilets in target stores are strange .
They're quite large but only have a curtain in front .
Never any toilet paper in there .

If they're looking to get out of retail we should help them in their goal.

money is not important for them. they will go to their global financiers and get capital to operate just like these communist corporations did during the pandemic. the cost is passed off to the tax base through inflation. and if target or budweiser dies another communist corporation will take its place.

They have been doing that for a LONG time. My mother retired from Target in the early 2000’s. She had twelve years at a company that was bought out by Dayton-Hudson in the 80’s.

They thought she only had 16 yrs when she retired from a unionized position that was a carryover from the old company, giving her a 28 yr seniority pension, even though she only had 16 yrs seniority for everything else.

Was a schitshow until the Union that formerly rep’d them brought in the attorney’s.
