the Father is within our consciousness and He has a Name the Son is as well, and He also has a Name

The Father is the first person that emanated out of the One for each of us and then the Father emanated the Son

once you get Their Names, you should know your past lives and you will begin to know yourself more and more and you will begin to dwell on where you are going back to

in dreams you can know your past lives first, and then you will hear the name of the Son and then you will hear the name of the Father - that is how it happened for me

write down all your dreams and dwell on this before sleeping

never get them from others outside of yourself - those are more than likely false - the only way to really know they are truth is from within
