fuck all you bots...this website is officially dead.

if you had read the post right below is the cause...

"ALL cabin hatches are inward moving and seated by Cabin Pressurization.

Not even the HULK could open a door under normal cabin pressure.

The door had a failure, or the cabin structure failed around the door due to improper operations."

you could put nine locks on the door but don't forget you
might have to escape thru it after a crash or ditching .
one big handle is fine with me .

Normally the doors are designed to be nearly impossible to open due to the pressure at high altitude. Not sure how this would happen.

They must have been low altitude. What type of plane was this?

Agreed. Pressurization would seal the door and it would be impossible to open, unless it was opened on takeoff roll?

As it was landing about an hour later, a male passenger opened the emergency door while the plane was still 250m from ground.

A passenger's video shared on social media shows the gap in the left hand side of the plane and winds buffeting rows of seated passengers.

Flight attendants had not been able to stop him because the plane was about to land, witnesses recounted to local media.

WTH? They just sat there enjoying the breeze LOL. I'd be freaking the F out!! Could probably plug the hole with her though and stop the issue.

Right bc what you've been taught on TV is if even a window opened the pressure from the cabin would drop to zero and everything in it would fly into the air and be sucked through the opening, right before the plane broke in half at the opening. Right? That's how it looks on TV, right?

How come the O2 masks didn’t deploy?
 Quoting: 05flsts

Y'all need to find the original news and fine out the information about whats going on.

They were at 700 feet when the so call person open the emergency escape hatch. They tried to stop that person. But, didn't succeed.

The Airport police have that person and it likely that person might face 10 years in prison. It is against the law to mess with anything on the plane.

Maybe because the cabin is NOT pressurized like you think it is.

Anyway, the video footage shows that something is not right with what you've been told about passenger airplane flights.

I'll take "Nonsense that didn't happen as described" for a 1000, Alex.

A) ac hatches cannot be "opened" while in flight (hatches open inward; the pressure inside the cabin is so much higher than outside the hatch that it is physically impossible to pull the hatch open until the ac is nearly at ground level and cabin air pressure is close to outside air pressure)

B) ac hatches can be emergency detonated to open outward, but that's not what the post states (If this *had* been done, no one would be sitting next to the hatch due to the damage that occurs from the blast)

C) No oxygen masks are visible, meaning the cabin did not depressurize

D) There is NO way passengers could sit like this if the ac were actually flying, even at low altitude, with the wind hitting them.

This video is either an AI fake or a legit video that is recording a storm blowing in around the time of boarding.

Well, if other idiots are gonna open doors, then I'm smoking. To hell with the rules at that point.

But seriously... If you see lever's and buttons on a plane and wonder what they do... DON'T MESS WITH THEM!! I swear the population has gotten so much closer to retarded in the last couple years. I'm willing to bet good money that the average IQ has probably dropped to around 80.

At low altitude doors definitely open, and things don't fly out. Otherwise the 101st airborne wouldn't be a thing.

In the second video you can see the control arms that show this door opens with a hydraulic motor. Somebody probably pushed a button they should have left alone.

Re: Passenger opened a door of Asiana Airlines flight while in mid-air
There’s a 1/4 in of PSI presser per square inch once the door is closed. The outflow valve regulates this pressure, even a negative pressure on the ground. There is absolutely no chance someone opened that door, none.
