Filing a complaint

I filed a complaint with the EEOC, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission..



I told them that, at the home depot where I worked.. there are some red flags to point in the direction of nepotism but not exactly hard proof..

I also told them that the big reason why I'm filing a complaint is that the manager used carrying out an investigation designed to lead to me being fired, as means to have me say that my job isn't worth keeping.

The investigation that he already conducted and concluded in the first place.

The major thing he said that caused me to file this complaint is that he said the words "you've been difficult since you got here"..

That's illegal to tell an employee working under modified duties for disability reasons.
