Besides the fact the video does not clearly show anything (and is totally dependent on the annotations), it doesn't make sense:

1. 3 co-workers here would all have to agree to be co-conspirators
2. They would be committing a major felony in an extremely nonchalant fashion, apparently unworried that any other employee might notice
3. They are doing it in their office, where they must know there is a security camera, yet they make no attempt to conceal their activity.
