I think the Third Amendment would apply to foreign troops as well as American troops.

FUN FACT: When you pay income taxes, all the money goes to the Federal Reserve ( private Banksters) and then to the IMF. From there it is distributed to fund the globalist agendas such as the invasion of America.

Remember when Katrina hit in 2005 and they "relocated" a bunch of black people from Louisiana to Houston. Remember how they encouraged the Houston residents to take some of them in their homes. Also about the mayor having more control than he's supposed to have in a bidding process, but you're right that's a risk and the city might be allowed to do it for that reason.

Also Houston was never the same after that population shift. Never letting a crisis go to waste. NYC may be permanently damaged as well, although they're doing pretty well already by electing Warren Wilhelm aka Bill DeBlasio, then Eric Adams, as mayor.
