Yes, it's the Department of Justice that gives the green light and then the federal prosecutors make the case. Our entire federal and many states and local governments have been infiltrated by a communist insurgency so they'll slow walk everything, pick some minor thing to offer a plea on, ignore the rest. No. Burisma paid Bidens to get the prosecutor off their backs. The money was wired into multiple Biden family bank accounts. Joe Biden then threatened the Ukie govt to fire the Ukie prosecutor or he would see to it that the first tranch of an IMF "loan", to Ukraine, was withheld. It's that last part that he bragged about in that video. Burisma bribed him and then he extorted the Ukrainian govt with our money. And, btw, the tranch was paid and promptly stolen by Kolomoisky who owned Ukraine's Privat Bank where the funds were deposited. Americans taxpayers had to cover that theft. Kolomoisky now resides in Switzerland.

The $10 million in bribes was not on TV.

The bigger issue is why did the FBI cover up an easily provable crime committed by Biden and yet go after Trump for doing nothing…. Literally inventing a crime with the fake dossier and then investigating it.
