Upstate in the woods of NY the smoke has cleared somewhat; lots of trees here which transpire and rain; little to no wind at the current; which is below normal.

The weather will always be around and somewhat predictable, but it will always surprise you.

Pollutions from wildfires produce a wide range of toxic smoke, rain will remove the smoke from the air into the ground and rivers, changing PH and oxygen levels.

Most would not extinguish matches in a fresh water fish tank; not good for the fish.

BTW, you are the fish and NYC is the tank, have fun.

The good news is the human lung is quite a tough membrane and God gave you two of them; it is possible to survive with one.
