People lost the skill to trust their senses when it comes to taste to avoid poisons. Apple cider vinegar tastes harsh. Your senses are telling you something. coffee and chocolate tastes like bitter ass unless you mask it with sugar and milk. That is your senses telling you to stay away. The alternative health field is atrocious

you need to be careful about your teeth since the acid in ACV softens your enamel.

you can use a straw and try to bypass your teeth, or, make sure not to brush for at least an hour after drinking.

i mix with water and gulp it down, or use it in salad.

and yes, as someone else mentioned, it needs to be the unfiltered kind, with the sediment visible in the bottle.

It's certainly great stuff, HOWEVER, do not take it if you have gut damage/ulcers/whatever, as the extra acid will worsen your condition. Or at least take a much, much lower dose. Get your stomach/guts in order first if damaged an then start taking it.

Years ago I tried. Seriously tried in every form shots and water tea coffee the taste was horrible. I probably did it all wrong never felt any different. And I did mother milk so I guess to each there own I am sure it cleans the pipes like Drano but so far I have no issues yet. Maybe later when I cant smell taste or poop.
