Nah. Fire smoke doesn’t spread that far. Just a nice little reason to blame more vaxx side effects on the smoke instead of the warp speed jab

Mid Hudson Valley here. We got smoked but not as bad as NYC. The smoke is still in the air but I can barely smell it. My nose if constantly running and my throat is catching. The flowers have died off the trees and the roses look miserable. The top of the red maple is dying. The smoke does not smell like a wood fire but more acrid. I am keeping my eye on this situation.

Could aliens be using smoke machines inside their hotels in NY provided by the Mayor? Could outterspace aliens be flaunting both Canadian and US emissions regulation, repeatedly flying their super secret Orb craft back and forth along our northern borders?

We can what if all day about the ridiculous. In the end none of it makes sense especially this outlandish garbage Opie is putting in the open at great risk resulting in those with common sense to question his mental stability, not to mention his very poor larping skills

They could have been on a timer or received a signal from a cellphone. I think both of these possibilities are far more likely than some drone nonsense.

Really? So volcano smoke and ash from half way around the world is just a figment of people's imagination since you have declared that smoke doesn't spread that far.

Love it when stupid makes declarations emphatically especially when they are so easily debunked. Educate yourself just a little hero, at least arm yourself with common sense, sometimes it prevents stupid from stupid remarks

This what we get for doing nothing, if we want our countries back we'll actually have to get off the couch. I don't believe that people will do anything so expect more of the same.

I live in Québec city and let me tell you that the week before the fires started, planes were chemtrailing the skies like never before.

They are testing out the jet stream, buckle up folks.
 Quoting: elquisqueyano

That's my point.
It's being directed, regardless of how it started.
I am halfway between Detroit and Buffalo.
Blue skies every day, no smell, nothing.
The jet stream is usually pretty consistent.
It is unusual to have the pollution hit Toronto and move on down to hit the major population centers of the US east coast, without hitting an area just an hours drive to the west.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 85928832

This.

I am in northern NE, (half way btw Quebec and NYC), and we have had a light haze and nothing more. Winds aloft generally don't behave this way.

How remote in the wilderness were the ignition points of the fires?

Easier to parachute drop timed incendiary packages by aircraft.

Even easier to just use the same DEW system they used in California.

My Monies are on the last scenario. Less people in on the secret, easiest to implement, proven tech.

The fires are definitely suspicious and it wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if this wasn't terrorism. Whether it be these Eco-Terrorists setting all these fires and wanting to use this to push their phony man made climate change scam or some big multinational corporation burning people out to land grab something is definitely not right with this situation.

Here in Southern Ontario, the smoke was so bad yesterday that when I went to put out the garbage, I ended up with my throat starting to get scratchy again. I was outside less than 5 minutes but it was enough to start bothering me. The smoke smells like one big campfire gone awry. I know others here report smelling other things besides burnt wood but all I smell is burnt wood. As for the sky turning orange, I don't see that in Southern Ontario. The sky is a milky white hazy color and the air smells of burnt wood.

I wonder if some of this is involved. Or maybe it's an excuse, and they're spraying something else:

'It blows my mind': How B.C. destroys a key natural wildfire defence every year

Provincial rules require spraying of fire-resistant aspen trees to make way for valuable conifers

Last year, 12,812 hectares of B.C. forest was sprayed with the herbicide glyphosate. It's an annual event — a mass extermination of broadleaf trees mandated by the province.

The eradication of trees like aspen and birch on regenerating forest stands is meant to make room for more commercially valuable conifer species like pine and Douglas fir.

But experts say it also removes one of the best natural defences we have against wildfire, at a time when our warming climate is helping make large, destructive fires more and more common.
