Largest Nuclear Drill Ever, August 23

South Korea to practice sending 51 million into their bunkers at the same time on August 23rd. I know some of you don't like Canadian Prepper but I thought this one might be worthy of your attention.

I think he says the military will be also running drills in the waters on the same day there.
