There is another explanation. People are getting increasingly fed up with the complete shit show of a government. At some point, the guillotines will come out. Perhaps, this is their method of self defense.

The federal govt is the greatest threat facing the american people in the entire world, china/russia are nothing compared to them. They are preparing for a war against us, they have stockpiled years of food and supplies in their deep underground military bases, yet there is no preparation or shelters available for any of the citizens
