KrazyMatty, I still post the dragon slaying stuff once in a while. I posted not long ago about Starbucks being run by reptilians. I´ll continue to post stuff like that from time to time. It´s not that I´m trying to win over anyone now. I was already nice to everyone unless they were mean to me. It´s that I might be in love, and well, you know, that makes the clouds fluffier, the birds chirpier, the sunshine brighter.

The corporate world really is like a Dilbert comic strip, only worse. The minute anyone says anything that vaguely describes reality, he or she is marked from that moment forward. The humanoid go-betweens are highly programmed. Rewards are based on the satanic slave hierarchy/pyramid. It´s a strange culture.

what i find strange recently are the number of worker slaves who seem to get violent or defensive when their status is mentioned or challenged. almost as if they have been completed brainwashed to be economic animals - work shit jobs, buy shit with money, feel the addction build again, repeat.

i for one am sitting this cycle out. and lots of people i talk to are also ..... well maybe 10 people or 10% of those i know. we CAN MAKE a difference, but it will take years.

Computer is whacked??????????? Just like a Reptoid should be!

The houses of Windsor and Stewarts have fallen, just as predicted and right on schedule.

We shall see how it all plays out. The evil HR rep is suddenly being nice to me now. Thanks to whoever put the word in that I am not one to be fucked with. The lizard who is giving me trouble now seems a bit frightened of me. All they seem to understand is the pecking order concept. Equality and respect are not concepts they understand. They also do not see the value of diversity, although the logic of its value is clear.

PP, listen I´ve been around a while, and I noticed a change when ´personnel´ shops became ´human resource´ shops. This stated somehere when academia started teaching managerial-types the concept of managing all factors the workplace in some pseudo-scientific manner. Giving everything a high-fallutin´ name including the old personnel department. Takes humanity out of the equation.

Latest one that did me in as a cubicle slave was the ERP and managing everything as a process. That little bit of subtrafuge was developed to get corps to weed-out any unnecessary paperwork and people. ´Process´ was king and many a useless business consultancy was founded on such pap.

Warning! Be very careful of what you say to an HR weenie. Always try to become ´unavailable´ as much as possible. I have seen so-called compassionate conservativism in action being around those ´types´ when my division was about to be shut-down. They are in it only for the possiblity of some manager remembering their so-called loyality when the deck of employee card are racked and stacked. They are about as loyal as a two-bit whore when the fleet is in.

mejonz, I agree about the loyalty thing. I tend to be optimistic about people and don´t think about how many of them are actually quite manipulative. The more manipulative types move up the pyramid scheme, which explains why so many of those who move up have personality disorders, some of them sociopathic in nature. I´m warning a friend at work Monday about one such mole who has befriended this girl, who is much like me in personality. The mole has already attempted to stab me in the back, although she acts like she is Miss Congeniality to everyone´s face.

Today I was talking to the friend I wanted to warn about the mole, only we were talking about my supervisor and the manager over us. Turns out this manager, who is the one with all the Wizard of Oz crap in her office, is a bisexual and came on to my friend in the past. My friend, whom I´ll call "Carol," said that this particular manager is not supposed to make any decisions about her job and employment now, following a sexual harrassment issue with her. My supervisor wears a ring with rubies, sayz her favorite color is red. In Wizard of Oz programming, that means she is a ho. Holy crap what have I stepped into.
