In fact he is just quoting the 2050 commitments. No travel, limited clothing, no meat/dairy, zero fossil fuels and zero carbon. He is just trying to jump full steam ahead even past the 2030 commitments and go full 2050. All of these leaders are just puppets, doing what they are told. And it isn't the will of the electorate they are following. At that point the people have no leaders and they should no longer vote for or listen to them.
